Cosgrove Construction Inc. was founded in 1991 by Virginia and John A. Cosgrove with support of just few additional employees. Over the last 20 years, this small team of carpenters has grown to upwards of 50 employees including the second generation of five Cosgrove brothers. In 2010, Cosgrove Construction Inc. expanded its options in construction services to include commercial painting and decorating.
We offers a complete range of construction services as a General Contractor including quality carpentry, painting, and decorating options to better serve our customers’ needs and expectations. Additionally, Cosgrove Construction Inc. is a signatory company with the Union Trade.

We have a comprehensive safety program that requires total co-operation & commitment of all employees. As part of our zero accident culture, we proactively work to avoid safety incidents and have a full time Safety Coordinator to ensure safety on all of our sites.
Through hard work and effort as well as commitment to our mission, our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is below .70, which is better than the industry average.
